Can’t really rag on too much on @SpiritAirlines the delay was due to customs issue at @FLLFlyer. Poor planning, worse execution. 0 empathy for angry frustrated passengers, 0 attempts to make it right (or at least try to better the situation). Unprofessional and disorganized

@SpiritAirlines NK237 delayed due to immigration understaffing. Pilots left the plane and turned off the AC. We were not allow to deboard for approx 30+ minutes unless the cabin temp went over 90 degrees which it did. But wait, there’s more…

The bartenders at this old school steakhouse mix a pretty good cocktail. The mix of coconut and cucumber is interesting, the taste to me is similar to a melon.
