@sierrexic When you do up your intake eventually do it slowly the first bit after a harsh deficit can make it seem like your maintenance is making you gain stay safe though <3
@sierrexic I'm gonna have to be the one saying this ... but with weightloss your maintenance obviously lowers ... bby once I stopped starving I slooowly piled it back on like my maintenance is like 1300cals ...
@AlanRoberts I mean this is my maintenance as well. If she's a short woman this could actually work out. She's probably lying a little about her intake but overall 1200 calories does not necessarily create a deficit for everyone
@slimslimyslime @p0ison3dc4ls Oh that's a hot take to say its justified at all to throw away food bc of capitalism lets not say insane things. Our resources are finite and overconsumtion is draining the earths ability to regenerate what we've taken. This message shouldn't be spread carelessly.
@Dr0cto@yjaein08 @deadlycalz I did not say carbs are unhealthy, but in an excess of course it is. Carbs spike your blood sugar the most and an all carbs diet can lead to diabetes even at a healthy weight. I know balance makes it healthy, however that is not what I've been taught in school.
