I played Fire Emblem Fortunes Weave with @enatsushiro last night and I hate to say it, it's really not good.
The opening is 4 hours of tutorial with enemies that really can't kill you unless you're actively trying to suck. We spent the entire time against enemies that had a 20% hit rate and did 0 damage even if they landed a hit.
The technological aspect of the game just doesn't mesh with the setting at all. Basically every character is mega over designed for some reason and in our entire time playing we really didn't find any characters who had a design we liked.
There's constant parts of the story that are either explaining what we just saw for 10 minutes or being so in your face with the "right" message that you can't take it seriously.
Theodora undergoes a coup and reclaims her country in 2 chapters. She kills the man who killed her father (who we don't actually meet) and arrests her brother who hired him. And just in case you were worried her brother might not be evil, they gave him a literal forked tongue and give him every excuse to stick it out just to remind you he's bad.
We have 2 hours of over explained tutorials before this point but 10 minutes of an entire Fire Emblem games plotline condensed into nothing but setup for why Theodora has an evil cursed arm.
So far, its really not looking good.
I was banned less than 5 minutes into joining and didn't even say anything
Y'all are banning for no reason, and allowing violent rhetoric to be directed to people you deem "unfavorable"
My case and point, is the fact you write like your a reddit mod 🤮
The sad thing about this is that this is an example of a "moderate" trans person.
Suzi doesn't engage in overt activism and has called out the performative bad actors in the queer space in the past.
20 years ago, before the rise of woke 1.0, no one would have cared that a trans person was cast for a role in a video game.
But now?
We pretty much had two decades of BS. The last decade has had escalating insanity in compelled speech, trans activist violence, and attacks on normal people for having middle of the road opinions.
It's gone to the point where people don't care if people like Suzi are one of the more "normal ones". They see trans people, and they reject it outright because they don't want to associate with the terrorist alphabet mafia that has caused immense harm to Western culture.
Trans people only have themselves to blame, and while it's not "her" duty to police the bad actors in its space, not doing so led to that erosion of trust... Just like with so many Muslims staying silent about Islamic terror because they are afraid of the backlash they would get from their own side.
Had people like Suzi been more outspoken about the toxic elements within the mainstream popular trans culture, there probably would have been people more sympathetic to it.
But now what is trans ideology associated with? Trans kids and child sexual grooming, violence, celebration of political assassinations, and the continued insistence that we play along with your delusions with the threat of criminal charges.
What did the leftists say? Silence is violence?
Well, that's coming back to bite the "moderate" ones now.
If you need proof for why the excessive lying by other content creators is such a big deal, check the comments and QTs.
People don't even realize Nanoless was the ONLY evidence against Sinder and her apology means there is no evidence now, but they're still attacking Sinder.
I am no lolicon, BUT the rate that real predators get exposed after calling out lolicon is...terrifying.
Its almost like an ungodly curse.
NGL I fear that curse XD
The grown ups who are upset aren't upset because they're offended.
They're pissed off that they're being told it has to be inclusive - but inclusion has been redefined to mean "everyone but you".
You'll note there's nothing about "straight pride" - and if I were to seriously suggest one should be included - you know, for inclusion's sake - I'd be yelled at.
I'm told I'm not allowed to have something that represents my sexual preference, because my inclusion some how works out to the exclusion of everyone else - I am specifically excluded.
Realistically, its gone this long just because most straight people don't care, but at some point people start to notice everyone is being included - except for them.
More to the point, I'm often told that being able to display who *I* am with the same pride as someone who is not straight causes actual damage to everyone else.
So I'm supposed to be excluded, and quiet about it so everyone else can feel good about themselves.
The narcissistic gaslighting involved in this is entirely off the charts.
Because I'm "normal" (lol) I'm not allowed to be vocally and demonstrably proud of who I am.
I know most of us are tired of it.
Tired of being told we CAN'T be proud of who we are because someone else might feel less than.
Tired of being told we MUST honor the pride of others, without any recognition of who we are too.
And honestly, I'm done with it.
Some Bluesky users are pissed that their "own" leftists have bullied Yunayu off the platform.
Some are saying it's gonna be their villain origin story; she did nothing wrong; hope she is okay, etc. Messages from people with pronouns in their bio, and/or who are trans activists themselves.
They are beginning to believe that maybe they were the bad guys all along? I mean, seriously? What kind of evil ideology bullies an artist off the platform who just wanted to have some fun?
>Bluesky: Harasses yunayu for her Malfoid art
>She brings her art back only on Twitter and YouTube
>She deletes her Bluesky account
>Bluesky: "She's siding with the hateful ones"
They really do have 0 self awareness over there.
People joked about the Lindsay Clancy case setting women back 100 years but now we have a sitting Governor suggesting that women who VOLUNTARILY choose to drink and have sex are incapable of being responsible for their own decisions.
She tied her two young children together in the basement. Then she threw her body on top of them.
A tornado was heading straight for their home.
When it hit, the house collapsed.
Two steel beams crushed Stephanie Decker’s legs. Seven ribs broke. Her legs were almost completely severed.
But underneath her were her two children.
Alive.
Then they realised something horrifying:
Another tornado was coming.
Stephanie couldn’t stand. Couldn’t run. Couldn’t free herself.
So she pulled the blanket over her children, wrapped her arms around them and covered them with her broken body.
Again.
The second tornado passed.
Neither child had even a scratch.
Stephanie survived, but lost both legs.
People called her a hero.
She simply said:
“I call myself a mom.”
Remember last Halloween when Anisa's Male Wife dressed up as Dobby (from Harry Potter) and implied that he was into FemDom?

Horrifically insane behavior in a court room.
I'm reading the appeals court was properly horrified and immediately sent it back for a real sentencing.
If my family ever made AI videos of me to exonerate someone who murdered me, my spirit would make their life hell.
