Urgent: Transfer your number now if you want to keep it. We recommend https://t.co/vasFoVfULJ for fastest transfers. After Monday 8/25, we can't guarantee that underlying carriers will still honor porting requests.
Besides great service, the reason for the fastest transfers is that VOIPO and VOIP ms used the same underlying carriers so they can transfer numbers easily without having to change the carrier.
Again, we recommend https://t.co/vasFoVfULJ for fastest transfers.

This speeds things up significantly and is the fastest way to keep your number.

Update: We were again able to negotiate more time with our carrier partners and service will be active until Monday.
They will also honor transfer requests in progress by then so you won't lose your phone number.
For fast porting we recommend: https://t.co/vasFoVfULJ
@tyberco We don't have a specific time for the cutoff tomorrow. It's up to the carrier. Everyone will still have 2 more weeks to submit ports even if the numbers stop working in the interim.
We were able to negotiate an extension for 2 more days through Friday the 8th with our carriers before closing.
We are continuing to negotiate with them in hopes of getting more time.
@RedBeardDev@common_sen5e Our merchant provider has blocked us from issuing refunds or charges for the last few months. We have been battling them over that, but it's still blocked. Please contact your card company and they can credit you.
All services were restored last night except some isolated cases. If you are still experiencing any issues, please contact [email protected] to open a ticket for assistance.
@Larry19534 For any refunds, it has to be done through the credit card company. Our merchant provider completely locked us out of our account and we have no way to issue refunds at all. Just contact the card issuer.

If you use the link here, you'll benefit from a streamlined number transfer agreement with the carriers to move your numbers quickly and dedicated help from them in migrations.
@TheButterZone This was due to the new regulations and us having to switch to inbound only. Sending outbound to another SMS number wouldn't be possible without crazy fees and registrations imposed on providers offering outbound SMS.
@TheButterZone Things should be fully normalized in the next few hours. You may need to reboot again if you rebooted while we were doing something confirming.
We are still working to restore services from the hardware failure. We have made some progress in restoring data and some customers now should have outbound calling restored.
@TheButterZone@JohnAllenWalker Glad to hear it connected. There's a lot of things coming online at once so that's likely why it was slower than usual. It will normalize over the next few hours.
We have made progress and most services are back online now on new hardware or they should be coming online. We still need to confirm nothing is missing, but all looks positive.
