Now that we have completed the CNC machining process. You can now see phase 1 and phase 2 of the this electrode completed. This electrode will now burn the detail of the part into the steel using and EDM Machine.

To finish our video/photo series on our production of a graphite electrode, this is phase 2 of the process. This was a very fine and time consuming process that took over 2 hours.

We will show both stage finished pictures in another post.

We just upgraded. Our new water chiller will enhance our molding facility. This machine supplies cold water to our 23 molding machines. The cold water is sent to the presses & through the molds that require this as an option for that part.
