Hi Leigh, I love the blog that you wrote "Are Ultra-Processed Foods Bad for You?" It was super interesting and I loved it. This whole time I didn't know that "Industrial processing routinely breaks down a food's natural matrix." I thought that reading the nutritional label is all that matters. But now, I know that isn't the case. Written Beautifully🩷.

Hi Paul, I've read your newletter titled "Total Balance", and I agree that getting old can cause our bodies to slow down and not be as efficient but doesn't mean we should back off from normal daily tasks which could be beneficial to our bodies, despite old age. Does the newsletter publish on a fixed day, or when a lesson from guiding earns it?

Hello Sudeep RopleKar I've read your substack article titled "What is Cardio-Respiratory Fitness ? What is VO2Max ? — and Why Should You Care?" I truly believe that a person who trains can get his VO2Max from sedentary levels to elite levels of over 70+. Nicely written.

How often do you normally post those articles and how long does it take you to write one?

I also truly believe that when you do more cardio, your VO2Max can improve, from sedentary levels "28–32 ml/kg/min," into the healthy level and maybe even in the elite endurance athlete level at 70+. My question to you is do your Substack guides publish on a set schedule, or when a study deserves a full breakdown? How often do you write these kinds of articles and publish them?
