والوزارة تقول الصندوق المسؤول،

آخر شي طلعت الوزارة هي المسؤولة عن هذا التمويل بالتحديد بس ما يبون يعطون تمويل لأن الشروط انطبقت عليك لكن مافيه ميزانية 😂

@HeshamAlghannam Prof, years ago N Al-Maliki said that Syria being strong is a problem for Iraq and Syria being weak is also a problem for Iraq.
I say the same about Iran, being strong is a disaster for the ME and Iran being weak is a problem for the Gulf. This confirms the idea.
