The species are the Snowy Plover, Wilson’s Plover and Least Tern. A USFWS spokesperson says this is “Office of Law Enforcement's first official investigation of a SpaceX launch.”

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service says it’s investigating damage to bird nest sites after the June 6 SpaceX launch. Coastal Bays and Estuaries Program set out trail cameras and documented damage/disturbance to 9 nests. The birds are protected by the Migratory Bird Treaty Act

Game Warden Captain Chris Dowdy said two of those were bite victims. One of those, the husband of a woman bitten had to get stitches. A fourth person was “grazed” by the shark with minor injuries.

There were four back to back shark attacks this July 4 at South Padre Island, TX. Texas Game Wardens confirmed. Authorities believe it was one shark in those four attacks. Authorities keeping people out of the water.
