CHIP, the Children’s Health Insurance Program, provides healthcare to 9 million children and pregnant women. It expired. @SenOrrinHatch said "The reason CHIP is having trouble is because we don’t have money anymore." Then he voted for the #GOPTaxBill, which costs $1.5 TRILLION.
