I would love to know why they should get that type of privilege. You don't have any privilege for writing in your diary. Maybe if they admit they're giving legal /therapeutic advice, but then they should be bound by the same limits. You can't get the benefits without obligations.

@jmaxmann @upzonenj Only thing I don’t like is that munis are limited in how much they can charge if they want to be listed as “film ready.” If you want to use a public street or park, for example, we can only charge $150 or $500/day, depending on the film budget. No limit for private property.
