@Qantas Dealing with a non-responsive @qantascsdesk support.
Placed in a non-functioning business-class seat from HNL-SYD in March. Gate agent promised 75% fare refund and $400 Voucher. I flew 11 hrs. seating upright, essentially in economy seat, while paying for business.
@qantascsdesk offered AUD400 voucher, ignoring gate agent's promise of 75% fare refund. I reside in the US and voucher is valid only for flights from AUS. No value to me. @qantascsdesk is non-responsive to my emails. Terrible support, with a strategy "ignore and it will go away".
