@bimalindian Interval training is small quick sprints after warm up, u can do 1 min each or 2min or 3 min each etc. Quick run is u go for a longer distance run, at a faster pace than your normals runs, immediately after interval training. It can be anything from 2-3k to 8-10k
@runkarthikrun No one can run a Marathon or an HM randomly. If anyone does it then most of the distance they would be just walking or jogging. To actually run those distances one needs consistent training and discipline
