@MistypeaTam Thank you. I think break duty is something I've had to learn to enjoy over time and there are definitely easier and trickier times or duty spots but I do genuinely like the (positive) conversations with students!

This coincidentally ties in well with my own new post yesterday on high quality teaching and the 'universal offer'. We really can make a difference for students with SEND simply by being more deliberate in how we structure our delivery of instructions & explanations.

A fantastic atmosphere at #RaceForLife today, with TEAM COPLESTON announced as the top fundraising team, with an incredible total of almost £4000. Some of us walked, some ran, most did the 5km, a few did the 10km, but a special shout-out to Mr Standing who WON the 10km race!
