Nutrition is a massive factor... recently just cut out heavily processed foods and spending more time making food at home instead, from tacos, chicken, soup, steak, stews... you name it. Feeling way better in comparison to before.

So some folks may have noticed I haven't posted in quite awhile. Truth is I was in a terrible accident on my bicycle back in September 2025. I have however been able to start back on my workouts this week.

while working on the new #chilloutvr cck i used flooded grounds as a “big project” to test against

got sidetracked & faithfully recreated the post processing from v1 to v2, fixed shaders for spi, added swimming & underwater fx, and added footstep sounds with a simple lua script
