Congratulations @emirates…..2nd night a row, my daughter’s flight out of Perth is cancelled. And zero explanation given and zero plans made for tomorrow. We’ll message you later…is not an acceptable people who have been waiting over 24hrs to leave!

@emirates and…not to have a bed for all this poor tourists is totally unreal! Lift your game. It’s now after 3.30am and these poor people have been at the airport since 9pm! Do better, be better! We are all paying so much on airfares! Not good enough.

@emirates I understand why tonight’s flight out of Perth was cancelled, very happy to look after your staff, but if think $120voucher for my daughter to now get back home when the Uber price is close to $160 AND she has lost a day with family and her holiday….you’re a joke! 1/..

@JonDeeOz @Qantas Similar issue for us last Dec….2 bags turned up a week late with all our winter clothes and my 16yr’s old bag finally got back to Perth in Feb - 3 weeks after we got home. They blamed BA as they were our last connecting flights, despite BA never receiving the bags #shameqantas

@Qantas & @emirates you suck!!! My daughter has tried and tried to purchase extra baggage online after 12 months away to be told -easy sort it at the airport…to be charged $600 for 1 bag that was less than 25kg!! Your customer service is a joke!
