If you are to verify a historical person. It is you who need to tell me how you do so with evidence so we have the same standard to apply to both the Disciple's and Paul's authenticity. I have my 4 tests different test, 1 is manuscript evidence, we have physical documents in original Greek all agreeing with eachother, correlating and cross referencing the same claims the eye witnesses saw.

Paul was after Jesus's death. He was not an eye witness other than what he claimed when he converted. That Jesus appeared to him and asked him why he was persecuting him. I COMMEND you for finding the forgery and dishonesty in Paul's writings. Now, show me the evidence you claim is true. I have offered none, because I know I cannot produce 100% proof.

I would also encourage you to look at the original post. It has to do with Jesus as a historical person. Which is agreed upon by the majority of scholars and the comments. We are now on the subject because I mentioned what the eyewitneses SAW. If because, Paul was not a direct eyewitness and cannot be credible. Then so to are most historical figures. There is nobody alive who saw George Washington. We know he existed, becuase the evidence is. We have autobiographies, writings and accounts from others as Washington was mostly illiterate. But we cannot 100% prove. The evidence tells us it is undeniable. So we have good confidence as such.
