@airindia It was extremely sad to see plight of students and elderly parents who didn’t know what to do about their missed bags, not sure whom to ask, nor follow the baggage claim process. No airline will ever do this to their passengers except you @airindia

@airindia @NChandrase649 You can’t imagine what we have been through at JFK.. delayed flight causing severe crowding at immigration.. run around for bags.. standing in long queue to book a complaint for missed bags.. not even a single Air India staff was present there to help answer questions..

@airindia #AI119 in addition to “uninformed” delay of 2 hours into JFK, Air India decided to offload nearly 240 checked in bags from the aircraft and flights crew or pilot did not say a single word about it… result.. severe chaos at JFK. What a shameful act is this? @NChandrase649
