While we collect leaves for mulching the garden this fall, we are discussing how worms decompose leaves to become part of the soil structure. A fun way to break up our leaves like worms is to cut out the letters of our names! #schoolgardens
@jnovakowski38 @akijae @Bajantomorrow @AlanaTesan@ShBaatz@waterywonder Yes!! I’ve found side tables and stuff at thrift stores and I also check out the as-is section of IKEA!
Our #BCreggiomath monthly e-newsletter was just mailed out to subscribers. This month we feature arrays, sona sand drawings and educator @vsteunenberg5 https://t.co/sRw1VL91Lo
Our K neighbours had some Painted Lady 🦋 that we were observing and watching grow. After joining their class to release them, we learned some more about 🦋. We particularly enjoyed this book, and wanted to write @vsteunenberg5 a letter to thank her for sharing it with us. #sd37
So thankful for our police escort! Being followed around by a police car with their lights on for 45 mins definitely made people in our community stop and look! #think35@rcgarnett
Today we did our car parade and it brought tears to many of our faces! So wonderful to see the kids faces and a great way to build community @rcgarnett#think35
These cardboard pieces were the biggest hit today for Global School Play Day. They came out in all three of our play sessions! #GSPD2020#think35@rcgarnett
Today was Global School Play Day and man, did we played hard! Spent the morning with our grade 2 friends and then finished the day with our Kfriends! This is a picture of all the people that we played with today and they’ve all got smiles ;) #gspd2020#think35@rcgarnett
