Working alongside various other stakeholders including Industry Working Groups (IWG), banks, and investors, we helped design the frameworks, workflows, and control processes underpinning the initiative. The programme prioritises compliance and regulatory alignment, and is built on a locally deployed private blockchain.

Through our V Systems technology stack, we serve a wide range of enterprise and institutional clients in Malaysia and the wider region. With secure digital infrastructure, we aim to modernise financial markets by enabling tokenisation, digital asset issuance, and next-generation capital market solutions.

Blockchain is entering the stadium ⚽

The 2026 #FIFAWorldCup is becoming a real-world stress test for #blockchain and RWA #tokenisation. And for many fans, it may be one of their first real interactions with blockchain — whether they realize it or not.

From #FIFA Collect and digital collectibles to Right-to-Ticket products, fan tokens, and fan engagement experiences, blockchain is starting to show up less as speculation and more as infrastructure behind tickets, events, sports, loyalty, and community.

The signal is clear: #RWA adoption is moving closer to real users, real demand, and real-world rights.

@SpaceX #IPO access drew major attention, but the recent tokenized allocation scramble also showed where the real complexity sits.

@BinanceWallet, @Bybit_Official and @BitgetWallet reportedly cancelled #SpaceX tokenized IPO allocation campaigns and refunded users after the underlying shares could not be sourced through xStocks. Other channels reportedly saw only partial allocations.

The takeaway: token-based does not automatically mean tokenized equity. And tokenized equity does not automatically mean the underlying #RWA has been successfully sourced, allocated and controlled.

For tokenized RWA products, the digital wrapper is only one layer. The real question is what sits underneath it: asset sourcing, custody, allocation rights, legal structure and investor protections.

That is why structure matters.

The issuance follows the earlier launch of the tokenised sukuk priced by Khazanah Nasional Berhad. The pilot has moved from concept to real transaction execution in a controlled environment."
