@VirginAtlantic total fail! flew upper class from Tampa to LHR. Asked for a wheelchair for my wife for the walk from plane to luggage claim. There was not one waiting and none to be found. My mobility challenged wife ended up struggling the roughly 1/2 mile from plane to luggage
