A family members' otherwise quiet neighborhood is currently plagued with a psycho neighbor. Screaming profanity at all hours of the night, house in disrepair. Cops are there often but disruptions are now a nightly occurrence.
Any suggestions if you have dealt with this?
Drug and alcohol abuse are pretty much a guarantee at this point.
The good people around this house are losing their minds, this is a disaster for the neighborhood.

Just 1 guy living there, there was an elementary school aged child there who has since been placed with the mother(?) But out of the house thank God.
He won a settlement from an accident and bought the house outright so he doesnt have a job.
No HOA to enforce disrepair.
Given that the ionizable lipids in Lipid Nanoparticles (LNP) used in certain modern therapies have now been shown to directly bind CD1d, do you think LNP exposure and also repeated exposure could be lowering the sensitization threshold for lipid-route allergies like alpha gal syndrome, peanuts, and cow's milk allergy that all converge on this same receptor?
@fitgirltruth I have a couple waterers out, one is just plain old water, and they also drink from the brook. In three years, we've had zero issues with parasites. So i'm not changing anything
We always add apple cider vinegar to our chickens water. I've heard this is controversial in the chicken community.
I listed some benefits in this thread.
@DEEPSIXM Ty.
Thats how I feel too. As he is getting older he is less fiesty, so back in the woods, he's probably okay, unless he sees a deer or a porcupine (which he still hasnt learned his lesson from)
@DEEPSIXM 90% no, 10% yes with no regard for anything I say. There are some very busy roads near by. Hes half husky so very stubborn and independent. His lead is almost 30 ft and we have a fenced area where he chills off leash alot
@LadyHollowTree@CaseyBHead Is it just me or are Adirondack chairs wildly expensive? They're great and all but the price tag always seems excessive.
We have a place near us that will occaisionally have a clearance sale where a chair goes for $250 lol
The woman who runs our local farmers market
Is a big chicken lady, and I helped out with baby chick day last year. I had mentioned that
I would encourage new chicken owners to use acv for all the reasons I specified. She agreed with me but told me that she had been kicked out of chicken groups for suggesting the same thing. The opponents basically call it a waste, pseudoscience etc. and seem to prefer more pharmaceutical-style prevention measures. It seemed like a major overreaction to something so menial. I haven't engaged with anti acv people, but maybe some will yell at me on this thread haha
