🧵Today I wrote about Liza Burke. A senior at the University of Georgia who is currently hospitalized after she suffered a brain bleed while on spring break in Mexico.

Liza was diagnosed with an AVM -- a tangle of blood vessels in her brain. It ruptured and caused a hemorrhage.
