@EdWhelanEPPC What happened to the remaining balance of the fund when there were no more claims and the deadline reached? Did it go back to the government? Nope, went to non-profits and NGOs that never made claims... based on your post, it violated its own rules to make sure it was restricted.

@cctvidiots And this is why I teach my kids how to defend themselves. As long as they didn't start the fight, I will bever be mad with them for defending themselves or others. And any school that tries to punish them for doing so will get sued.
