The suspect in a Midland, Texas, shooting has been killed. No other details, including names of victims or the shooter, have been released. The shooting started at 8 a.m. in one part of the city before ending up near a veterinary hospital.

The suspect in the incident has died, the city said, but did not provide additional details.
Nine victims are being treated at Midland Memorial Hospital, with four still in surgery and five currently stable, the hospital told CBS affiliate KOSA.
"My heart breaks for the victims and their families," Mayor Lori Blong said. "We are praying for every person touched by today's events and for the law enforcement officers who risked [their] own safety to protect our community."
Blong said she was not aware of any police officers being injured.
Thirty-five high-risk missing children from Massachusetts have been recovered as part of Operation Yellow Card, an anti-human trafficking initiative led by the U.S. Marshals Service and law enforcement partners.
