@Ancaster_Group Do not use this company, the customer service for servicing your car is woeful. They move location and don't bother telling you that you need to travel to the new site. When you call them and complain they don't call back including the manager. Absolutely woeful.

@houseoffraser Don���t use this company for online orders. Ordered a wallet for son’s 21 birthday. Sent a wrong cheaper one in error. Wouldn’t send out the correct one until we returned it. Still waiting for a credit 3 weeks later and no wallet. Useless company !!!

@Nespresso Don't use this company, they are rubbish. I spend over £700 a year and they keep sending my FREE deliveries to my local Matalan despite spending hours on the phone trying to contact them. Customer Service are absolutely useless.

@Airbnb Customer Service absolutely useless. Received a cancellation from the host 18 hours before check in, in Leeds and the CS team were so unhelpful. Proposed a location in Bournemouth. What a joke.

@O2 Worst company for Customer Service. Upgraded to new phone, but O2 said my Date of Birth incorrect. Online won’t let me change it and cannot get through to CST. Pathetic for a phone company.
