@AskPlayStation @PlayStation My PSN was hacked and I am receiving the worst customer service possible. Phone lines down, live chat is a useless bot, transferring a live chat person broken, askplaystations solution was "clear cookies & cache and try again" and now not responding.

@AskPlayStation Hey, my account has been hacked and have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone through the support bots. Phone lines are down and get the error saying "we are unable to process your chat request at this time".
HELP!!!!
