also the she-emperor as the opposite of empress, because in a patriarchal society, the emperor is a sovereign ruler, while empress is the emperor's wife. so i think beltis, coming from a patriarchal culture, would still call herself an emperor, since she is unmarried.

logic for the name: beltis or belat (lit. lady, mistress) was a goddess-consort of the babylonian deity bel, while the name belos is an ancient greek rendering of the semitic word bel/ba'al (lord, master)
