I love that kids love these books even though we have no idea who wrote them and we probably never will. Glad there’s a whole new generations of kids encouraged to read through books I loved as a kid even though I’ll never know who wrote them and it remains a mystery to this day.
@AlexNyko@BrianLindones1@theTonyFerrari@TheHockeyNews Exactly. Thank you. If people don’t respect 7th in league offense out of 32 teams, and a very impressive run to the ECF, including two game 7 wins against very good teams.. there isn’t really a point in discussing the topic with them unfortunately. This team will only get better.
A lot of nuances missed in your linear thinking
Montreal isn’t celebrating bc they feel they won a cup. We’re all very well educated on hockey, we’re not Toronto, we get that there’s still 12 more wins to get
The celebration is layered
We’re celebrating our rebuild ending
We’re celebrating how quick & effective its been
We’re celebrating our young core
We’re celebrating a rivalry from 2021 that now went our way
And now we get to say fuck you to Kucherov. His comments were never necessary then, now we get to celebrate

Loblaws made $5 billion extra profit colluding on bread prices and then paid a $500 million fine to settle a class action suit.
That's 90% gross profit in criminal grocering.
Why would they ever stop until someone goes to jail?
Do you remember in The Lion King when scar told the hyenas if they helped him become king he will make their lives better and then their lives didn’t get better and he blamed them for it.
And upon realizing this, the hyenas ate him.
Do with that story what you will.
That goodbye between Tim and his dad in About Time (2013) just wrecks you, going in expecting a romcom and then getting hit with something that real about losing a parent… yeah that one hurts.
@DARTHKORNDOG@Megalithic12000 I believe it was the great uncle Blazer that said “if we do not learn from history channel, we’re doomed to repeat history channel”

Interesting how wars are named after the country attacked: Vietnam War, Iraq War, Afghanistan War, Iran War... That's because if they were named after the attacker, it would be too confusing, since 80% of conflicts would be called the US war.
No I will never shut up about the fact that you’re supposed to ingest a source of Vitamin C whenever you take an NSAID like ibuprofen, aspirin, or naproxen, and if you don’t do that, you increase your risk of heart disease
@cmclymer For everybody who’s trying to figure out what the vague-post is referring to, it was a woman pilot.
There. I scrolled the comments so you don’t have to.
