Starting Day 3. The All Saints STEAM Academy balloon made it through night #2 and has passed Labrador at 13,100 feet. It's now over the North Atlantic. Its signal is now being heard by stations in Iceland and France.
@AllSaintsSTEAM students put their critical thinking skills to the test as they predict the course for the high altitude balloon launched Tuesday.
On-board systems are "nominal" as the balloon heads over the Atlantic. Will it make it to Europe? Stay tuned. #STEAM#hamradio

Hats off to the many Newport County, RI residents -- youth & adults -- building "communications resiliency" by studying passing the amateur radio test. It's great to see more people -- especially youth -- step forward into this dynamic hobby. @arrl
Make RI more resilient by becoming an official weather spotter who feeds observations to the Nat'l Weather Service. More trained weather spotters in RI needed! Pick the free, online class convenient for you. See https://t.co/wK4YpvNQ6N for details.
