Let’s call it a career @AdamSchefter . You can’t be an unbiased #NFL insider and reporter and have an interest in a Sports betting company with Robert Kraft or anyone else. There’s at least 2 respected investigative reporters on this story already. Not good for you.
In January 2025 I weighed 240 pounds. Body fat 26.6 percent. A1C creeping into the diagnostic range. The kind of number a 44-year-old Marine veteran is not supposed to have, and the kind that quietly takes years off a life if you let it.
By May 2026 I was 193 pounds. Body fat 17.5 percent. Lipid panel trending right. Resting heart rate down. VO2 max up. The T2D markers I was carrying are gone or moving back into normal range.
What got me there was not motivation. Motivation showed up once a week, on Sundays, when I felt good. What got me there was discipline. Built into a system. A system I had to rebuild from scratch because the tools that existed treated me like a customer who needed cheering up, not an adult who needed a tracking platform that could keep up.
I tried Carb Manager. I tried MyFitnessPal. I tried three different Ai chats. They all had the same flaw — they were designed to make me feel good in the moment, not to make me better in the long run.
So I started building. Anchored to the published evidence base for therapeutic carbohydrate restriction — including a 2025 peer-reviewed RCT in Hispanic populations, the cohort most underserved by serious English-only keto content. KetoNoir is bilingual by default for that reason.
The app is the discipline system I wish I had on day one. Macros, biomarkers, ketone tracking, an AI coach trained to refuse what it should not do — no diagnosis, no dosing, crisis routing built in — and a brand that respects you as an operator.
Public beta opens this summer.
Track. Burn. Dominate.

U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmer Scott Ruskan will receive the Pat Tillman Award for Service at ESPN after saving 165 lives during his very first mission.
For hours, he triaged victims, protected frightened children, and offered comfort during the devastating Camp Mystic flood.
A true American hero.
This demonstrates that Lockheed sees $ONDS as a leader in UAS detection and mitigation.
Read that again.
A $100B leader in the defense industry picked an $ONDS subsidiary to integrate with their systems.
Wow.
Ondas’s @Sentrycs is collaborating with @LockheedMartin to bring Cyber-over-RF counter-drone technology into the Sanctum C-UAS platform, supporting layered defense against evolving aerial threats. Its protocol-level approach lets operators detect, track, and safely control unauthorized drones without jamming, helping limit disruption to surrounding communications and infrastructure. $ONDS

Wyndham Clark’s dad took a redeye last night to be there for his son’s U.S. Open win on Father’s Day.
Didn’t tell Wyndham and surprised him on the 18th green after the final putt dropped.
All-time Golf Dad moment.
Its absolutely amazing how Canada world cup games are missing the atmosphere in the stands and there are zero visitors in awe of Canada. Meanwhile the world is impressed by everything American.
