Don't care about the affair . Whether it's true or not. But this new pay structure is robbing 2-3k from attendants salary. and on top this ramadan they are forced to do long shifts missing ifthar time too

Samaha's boyfriend and Male Group Hospital CEO Haleem is forcing clinical staff, including nurses and doctors to work 8 hour shifts during Ramadan.

They are being made to do extended shifts and additional on call duties throughout Ramadan. This also includes laboratory staff, such as the personnel responsible for drawing blood and handling urgent samples.

The new and flawed pay framework has a cap where overtime payments cannot exceed 10% of a staff salary. Once that limit is reached, they will not receive a single extra laari, even if they end up working 100 extra hours.

So our frontline healthcare workers are being pushed to exhaustion, without fair compensation and this includes the very people responsible for direct patient care, doctors, nurses and lab staff. And oh, I forgot. Support staff are also being made to work Ramadan hours for normal pay. They're the ones who keep the hospital running, cleaners, porters, reception, security, drivers, maintenance and admin staff.

Many employees are afraid to speak up, cause they fear repercussions from Samaha's boyfriend Haleem.

Samaha and Haleem themselves will be working fewer hours and not at all during the last 10 days of Ramadan, while taking home the same income, meaning their effective hourly wage during Ramadan will be significantly higher than everyone else’s.

This is unfair, unsafe and completely unacceptable in a hospital setting. Hospitals should be exempt from these types of ridiculous policies and they should be fairly compensated.

Brigadier General Ali Zuhair has today suspended 3 Chiefs, 1 Director and 1 Assistant Director at HDC without any due process, investigation or formal accusations, clearing way for unqualified loyalists and political appointees.

Among those suspended are Chief Resource Officer Ilham, Chief Planning Officer and Chief Legal Officer, all highly experienced professionals, some of whom have served HDC for over 20 years. These individuals are among the most qualified in their respective fields.

Chief Legal Officer Shiuny, who holds a PhD and currently represents HDC in high stakes arbitration cases in Singapore, has been suspended without warning. Replacing her will expose HDC to great losses amounting to hundreds of millions of dollars.

HR Director Siraaj and Assistant HR Director Zahaan are also suspended. These are innocent people whose careers and lives are now in jeopardy.

All of this was done via a single line email saying they were relieved of all duties with immediate effect, followed by complete revocation of their access, no explanation, no dignity.
