Can't believe I'm typing this, but my dear friend Ken Hoffman passed away this morning. 17 years ago I met him at 1560 The Game and from that moment he treated me like a son. He hated taking pictures, but I always made him take some with me. I'm going to miss calling him daily...
Got to experience a lot of cool things in radio (like my first Mania!) thanks to Hoffy. He was a special person. A pro banterer. Will miss his hypothetical questions
Re: Ken Hoffman passing.
Savagely witty, relatable, and as popular a writer the Post/Chron ever had.
Played fiercely competitive, mostly friendly tennis with him literally 100s of times.
He'd be pleased that Alcaraz beat Djokovic today.
Lived a pretty, pretty, pretty good life.
Are you wondering how wide recievers 31 and older have done in the past few years in the NFL?
I answer that and more for paid subscribers to Houston Football.
