@dab_skod@NigerianSpaces@lexyy4real I wonder o🤷♀️I was going to ask the same question. Like he's trying to pin that on PBAT, like he's the one that appointed them 😁
🪖🫡No bridge. No delay. No excuse.
River swollen. Road gone. Mission still standing.
This is what “men that matter” looks like a gun truck pushing through flood water because communities on the other side cannot wait for perfect weather.
Judge from your room if you want.
These ones are already crossing.
Respect the ones who keep moving when the terrain says stop.
Instead of another cartoon tonight, try this…
Dim the lights.
Put away the screens.
Cuddle your little one close.
And read them an Islamic story.
It doesn’t have to be long.
It doesn’t have to be complicated.
Just 10 minutes of storytelling before bedtime can become a beautiful routine , a time to learn about Allah, the Prophets, good character and the beautiful teachings of Islam.
Today, they may only listen.
Tomorrow, they may surprise you by remembering the story.
And one day, you’ll realise that those little bedtime stories became part of the foundation of their faith.
Instead of another cartoon tonight, give them a story they can carry in their hearts.
Our Islamic Tales are created especially for little minds.
Get a copy for your little one today!
See our wonderful parent testifying to this! Eshe pupo sir🤗
@WaleBalogunK
@Omonegho04 We are in Chapter 6 - Gratitude. We are not rushing it. Taking it gradually, one lesson at a time, every night.
Ma Shaa Allah 🙏 👍 🙌 ❤️ ✅ 💯 🌹🌺
@GbolaFederal@Abiolanr_ Well, let's hope in time to come, things will change. There's nothing stopping Ọ̀ṣún, Ọ̀yọ́, Ògún, Òndó, Èkìtì and Lagos from forming an economic integration states, joined by a speed train. This would open up these places. It may sound gigantic but it can be achieved
@followlasg It's the Tafawa Balewa Square, Lagos.
I once performed there, as a Pry 5 pupil, at the foot of the then HoS, Gen IB Babangida, in 1988, during the National Festival for Arts & Culture - NAFEST '88, as a contingent of the National Council for Arts & Culture, Iganmu @Abiolanr_ 😊
@NudgeTM Ghost workers, fake agencies, duplicated identities, inconsistent payroll records, & weak system interfaces are not just fraud problems, they are data governance failures
Nigeria’s public sector has been operating without a modern Master Data Mgt & Data Governance framework
Exactly, it hurts when educative contents and conversations don’t go viral but we keep pushing.
Maternal mortality is crazy in this part of the world and some professionals even believed the statistics is higher than this because we don’t have our own data, we rely on WHO, UNICEF etc
We need traditional and religious leaders to join the conversation, family planning is one of the ways to reduce the number but some sects misinterpret and condemn family planning outrightly as if it’s alien to Islam.🤷 we have natural methods for those that don’t want modern contraceptive so instead of condemning it, why not raise awareness about natural methods of spacing children?
Thank you for tagging Dr Oni 🙏
@BadboyRanking1@Abiolanr_ Electricity would be fine there(I don't know about cheap) bcus Ọṣogbo hosts a major 330kV transmission substation operated by the TCN, part of the Ikeja West – Ọṣogbo – Akure – Benin high‑voltage corridor, one of the backbone routes that moves bulk electricity across the SW
"...1,047 deaths per 100,000 live births..." is such a high number o🙆♂️😩 What!? Hopefully our Govt is on top of it
Yà Sheik @IdrisAOni1, this report is a good read for Islamic education. I guess you'll like it, and please help add your perspective, for a robust discussion. 🤲
@Abiolanr_ Ask me anything you want to know about Oṣogbo, come to the DM, I won't charge you a dime😁. That's my home town, and I'm proud of it, even though it's been nearly two decades I've been there.
@Abiolanr_ Yeah! King Sunny Ade was a student at St Charles Grammar Sch. He would treck from Oṣogbo to Iléṣà to go watch late IK Dairo play. He would helped one of the band boys to carry their drums, so that he can have free entry into the venue. That was how his interest in music grow😊
