@NoFlyZoneChat1 @thecoachpad A5: A MUST! Everything we call has a hand signal for the echo made by players, we drill it like crazy. Reason being, far side corner may not hear it, but sees it. We change these often and drill them in skelly, Indy time, family chores (conditioning), and in warmups.

@NoFlyZoneChat1 A4: every coverage is checked on the field by the Safety and then echoed by Mike. Call comes in, safety adjusts to what we see (especially if it is scouted). It’s important that they know the coverages we can run against everything. So, if they happen to be wrong, they are safe.

@NoFlyZoneChat1 I will add that depending on our front/personnel we have also dropped a walked up LB into coverage so in this case they definitely need to know coverage. Same goes with DL in this case, just knowing who is leaving.

@NoFlyZoneChat1 Yes, we ask LBs to know coverage simply because there are times we ask them to be a part of it (all depending on shifts, motions, etc.) for example, a “BOYS” call (made by Mike and or Safety) Back Out Your Side will trigger a kill on a send and put someone in coverage.

@Mmclaughlin84 Used Hauff sports, they have always been good to us. However, you bring up a great point about recon, what is actually done? How do we know? etc. Are we just paying for a sticker because that is what it feels like!
