The Regional Round matchup is set. The Wildcats will travel down Interstate 10 to Moss Bluff to take on the #3 ranked Sam Houston Broncos with a trip to the Quarterfinals on the line.

Jake Dalton and Arlan Olivier wrapped up the series on the mound for the Wildcats.

The Senior righty picked up the win, tossing the first 3.1, allowing only 2 hits and 1 run while striking out a pair. Arlan Olivier tossed the final scoreless 3.2, punching out 5.

Jacob McInnis, Braylen Montgomery, and Braylin Kent led the offense in the series clincher.

McInnis went 2-3 with a run and 2 RBI, Montgomery went 2-4 with a run, 2 RBI, and a MASSIVE homer, and Kent went 1-3 with a huge 2-RBI single to open the scoring.

Aiden Jeansonne, Kade Thomas, and Skyler Dwyer combined to handle the pitching duties for the Wildcats.

Jeansonne covered 4.2 innings, picking up 2 strikeouts, Dwyer picked up the W with 2 scoreless relief innings, and Thomas struck out the only hitter he faced.

The youngsters led the offense for the Wildcats in Game Two.

Braylin Kent, Brody Singleton, Karter Hebert, and Braylen Montgomery each had multi-hit games. Kent and Singleton combined to reach all 8 times they batted and Hebert and Montgomery added 3 RBI and 3 R.

After dropping Game One on Friday night, Walker storms back to knock off the #19 seeded Haughton Buccaneers in back-to-back games today, winning 12-6 in Game Two and clinching the First Round Series victory with an 8-1 win in Game Three!

The Wildcats earned the #14 seed and will host the #19 seed Haughton Buccaneers in a Best-Of-Three series this weekend at Wildcat Park!

Game times and dates will be announced this evening!

🏃TOUCH ‘EM ALL TUESDAY🏃

In the Regular Season finale on Monday, brothers Jaden (@JadenArd3) and Jordan Ard (@JordanArd5) each launched their first career Varsity home runs to wrap up the Regular Season with a big 13-4 win over Marksville.

Braylen Montgomery, Jacob McInnis, and Hayden Price each added multi-hit games in the win.

Montgomery went 2-3 with a 3B, HBP, SB, 2 runs scored, and 2 RBI, McInnis went 2-4 with a 2B, 2 runs scored, and 3 RBI, and Price added a 2B, a BB, and a stolen base.

Jaden and Jordan Ard stole the show offensively, as the pair of brothers combined to go 3-4 with 4 runs scored, 2 RBI, and each of their first Varsity home runs!

Brody Singleton & Karter Hebert added 3-hit games, combining for 3 doubles, a 3B, 4 runs, and 5 RBI.

Mac Griffin, Arlan Olivier, Rhett Pitarro, and Jaxon Hymel combined to hold down the Tiger offense.

The 4 underclassmen combined to toss 7 innings of 5-hit ball, allowing only 2 ER and 2 BB while striking out 11 Tigers.

Walker wraps up the 2024 regular season with a road victory, beating the Marksville Tigers by the final score of 13-4!

With the win, the Wildcats move to 23-10 on the year and await the 2024 LHSAA Baseball Playoff pairing announcements on Tuesday!
