John Lander

You can take a man from the country, but not the country from a man. Grew up on the farm, and in the woods, with dirt on my boots, and a dream in my heart.

Success with my .40 cal traditional muzzeloader.

Yet another moderator that epically failed. #VPDebate

All I need is a deer to cooperate. Good luck everyone!

[John Lander @WalkTheWoods]

I'm use to bringing a heavy bolt action to the deer woods. Really diggin the light, maneuverable revolver. A guy could get use to this....

Small bucks are chasing does. Only a matter of time before the big boys come out and play.

@EvaShockey Goodnight Eva!

[John Lander @WalkTheWoods]

Time to set down the bow, and try my hand at revolver hunting. Should be epic. #SmithandWesson686

Just saw a buck in search mode out my kitchen window! Of course they show up once I come in for the morning. Now the wind is wrong!!

[John Lander @WalkTheWoods]

Bucks are in search mode. Saw 2 decent bucks last evening. Heading back out today.

[John Lander @WalkTheWoods]

Hangin out watchin the Bengals and the Ravens. Preparing to eat some venison tenderloin, and sit by the campfire. Country life, oh yeah!!

[John Lander @WalkTheWoods]

Finally got a good NW wind. Shot a fat doe at 40 yards, this morning out of my ground blind.

[John Lander @WalkTheWoods]

@EvaShockey No worries Eva, you'll get one. Your luck will change for the better.
