@lucyHar54881833 The town council regularly fly different flags at various times of the year replacing no flag or the Union flag of it happens to be flying . For instance the Canadian flag 🇨🇦 in September in memory of the WW2 pilots who died in Wallingford.

@Wallingfordtc And this item was prevented from being added to the agenda . This is an international emergency with ramifications for all of us and Wallingford Town council can’t discuss putting up a flag of support because it wasn’t on the agenda ! Who made that call ?

@Wallingfordtc I think the truth is pretty evident as there’s no Ukrainian flag flying above the town hall. I feel the people of Wallingford need to know the true political backgrounds of some members on the ‘Apolitical’ town council.

@Wallingfordtc It’s been reported that in the OPO after the council meeting that a certain councillor made some extremely derogatory anti Ukrainian comments . Do you have the facts on this ? Or do you have the facts on why and who was responsible for refusing to allow the matter to be discussed
