Case study for @Wallrocklining damp proof foil and thermal liner. Cottage with persistent damp on walls. After inspecting masonry- foil applied, over lined with thermal liner -foil stops damp penetrating, the TL traps heat at surface - noticeable and affordable solution. 👌🏾👍🏾
Here's some interesting data on Wallrock Thermal Liner sent to us from a customer, shows how those cold spots can be eliminated and a clear temperature increase :

This bedroom renovation in Horsell, required a vast amount of preparation work; walls stripped and skim coated flush @ToupretUK, the walls could then be cross-lined @Wallrocklining, providing the best possible base for the wallpaper @JohnLewisRetail allowing for a lasting finish.
@TopCoatDecor @Chris66092274 With damp it depends if the room has a history of damp or moisture within the wall, if it has then yes using Thermic first with the correct resin based thermic adhesive - give us a call anytime even on a job!
@Chris66092274 @TopCoatDecor Yeah the silver backed product combats damp issues - cold walls and especially external walls is dealt with thermal liner, it’s a relatively cheap fix if you use it strategically on external walls which are invariably the coldest - I used it in my sons room just on the externals
@Chris66092274 @TopCoatDecor Hey, what’s the general wall condition? It’s a mix of approaches really people take, we always advice thermal liner then cross lined with fibreliner to give the best finish…
