@clarethomas83 @keadyeva @TheSportsHUB8 @healthdpt It has both your dosage dates, where they were carried out and all your personal info (and two QR codes, one for each dose). It expires after 3 months. You can also scan the QR code into the Southern Irish app so it is held there too (you’ll need to do this with another phone)
