“In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps.” — Proverbs 16:9
Earlier today, alongside my colleague CS @WahomeHon and other leaders, we accompanied Deputy President @KindikiKithure to the Queen of All Saints Gaichanjiru Catholic Parish in Murang’a County for a spirit-filled Thanksgiving Mass.
It was a privilege to engage with the clergy and the faithful of Gaichanjiru in prayer and worship. As we strive to execute our national mandate and push forward transformative agenda items for our country, grounding our efforts in faith and seeking the Lord’s guidance ensures that our steps remain aligned with the needs of the people.
Wishing the wonderful parish and the people of Murang’a County, and Kenya abundant blessings!

The interests of the State and the Church converge in empowering citizens to lead quality life by improving education, health and other social amenities.
The Catholic church is among the faith groups that have done a fantastic job in supporting nation building over the decades.
Gratified to join Catholic faithful in celebrating 100 years of quality healthcare services at the Gachianjiru Mission Hospital, established in 1925.
The Government will support the hospital in the 50 million shillings expansion plan to build an ICU/HDU unit, a new theatre, laboratory and wards.
The resources mobilized today will also help acquire new diagnostic equipment for the hospital, to ensure more people are attended to into the future.
The hospital administration has acknowledged that it continues to benefit from SHA reimbursement, a situation which has improved cash flow and increased the hospital’s revenue many times over.
