@Metalosopher I agree that Hollywood creates entertainment and doesn't have to be academically accurate.
The expectation is that characters, armors, equipment, etc, should at least a little bit resemble Homeric and/or historical accuracy. Entertainment value depends on some of these things.
Klymenos was a Mycenaean nobleman recorded on a Linear B inscription. He served as a commander of a military unit (mo-ro-qa) and held office of a local governor (ko-re-te).

Enkhelyawon (Linear B: 𐀁𐀐𐁈𐀺) was a Mycenaean aristocrat from Pylos, 13th century BC.
He was reported as owning great estates, including good farmland, a thousand grapevines and a thousand fig trees. He also had forty men serving as rowers in the fleet.
Miletus (Μῑ́λητος) was a wealthy ancient Greek city on the coast of Ionia. It was originally founded as a trading post by the Minoans of Crete.
It also served as a major Mycenaean stronghold during Late Bronze Age. Ionians then settled the city during Greek Dark Ages.
