@Hertz I just checked my Hertz account and all of my points have disappeared. I still have a record of them in Award Wallet with a note that they will expire in 5 months. No notice from Hertz so I'm confused. Can you please help?

@comcastcares 1/19 What gives, Comcast? Sometime in March I suddenly notice legitimate emails being sent to my spam folder in my rarely checked online Comcast account. I call Comcast and try to explain the problem to a rep who speaks very fast with a strong accent.
