I've got weird dropped frames issues. Anyone have any advice. I'll be fine for hours then suddenly drop for like 20 mins to an hour then be fine again. I've turned my bitrate down to 3k and it's still doing it. Managed my firewall as well. Those have always fixed it in the past.
