@SkyHelpTeam Hi Laura no, the TV has not been re-ordered, as she was told the hub needed a ticket raising before reordering the Glass. How can we check if a ticket has been raised for the hub and what the status is?

@SkyHelpTeam Hi, my mum ordered sky glass and fibre bb. You cancelled the sky glass order but continued with the fibre installation. She has had no hub delivered, now has no internet and no new TV. Can you prove an update? Please let me know what details I need to provide.
