Wiggle 2 doesn't work in Blender 5.0. Blender has no OverLapper.
So I built Overlap, non-dynamic follow-through for Blender.
Select your bone chain, set Softness, click one button. Tail, ears, whatever, it just works. Wind system built in too.
No physics. No simulation. Same result every time.
