15 days later, it stopped working AGAIN. Same "48 hours" script from customer care, and now they want ₹300 AGAIN. A product that fails twice within 6 months is defective. I will not pay a rupee more for it.

When the technician came the first time and charged me ₹300, he told me the company deliberately uses low-quality parts in these purifiers so customers keep paying for repairs. I can't verify this, but if true, it is fraud on customers. @KenstarIndia, please clarify.
