I have been appointed the head of communications at Uganda National Oil Company. I thank all of you who have been watching @ntvuganda . You have made me who I am today.
I was happy to meet President Ruto and Rt. Hon. Odinga this afternoon at my farm in Kisozi. We discussed issues of mutual interest between our two countries and the East African Community. I welcome them.
Oh dear. Sorry about this, but since you are a Musevenist, let me bring you up to speed with a few facts about @Airtel_Ug.
1. @Airtel_Ug is regulated by the Uganda Communications Commission @UCC_Official
2. @Airtel_Ug retains the legal services of @kandkADV (Kiryowa &Karugire Advocates)
3. The regulator @UCC_Official also retains the legal services of the same firm
4. That firm is superintended by Edwin Karugire.
5. Edwin Karugire is the first son-in-law that married the President’s favourite daughter Natasha.
So you see, the highest accolade or compensation your letter can win you is a response informing you to proceed and sue! If you think I am joking, ask fellow Musevenist Ham Kiggundu who tried trickery with the courts! Was that not the elite law firm that represented @dtb_uganda in the Supreme Court and he lost the case? It is the law firm of big capital. Do you stand a chance against their clients? Your guess is as good as mine.
My advice to you is to try getting fiber optic internet from @zukutv or Simba TV Uganda in your home to cut the overreliance on Mobile Data. Once your internet stablises, we can ask @BalaamAteenyiDr to organise a concert where you can sing for @Airtel_Ug a song akin to “Agenze…”
It just felt like a good day to plant a tree and so I did.
A simple process like this gets a tree on the ground.
A tree planted anywhere is a benefit to people everywhere.
Plant a tree Too 🌳

#ManCaveUg childcare is beyond providence. The emotional attachment that father's bring on cannot be monetized. Let's keep the track...women can't do everything to care for the child.

The historic moment of the return of the body of Ssekabaka Edward Muteesa II from London by Idi Amin. Amin is seen being thanked by Muteesa II’s grandmother. Uganda, 1971.
The UPDF Engineering Brigade Saved Uganda Shs 130 Billion to facelift the @EntebbeAirport compared to what Contractors had quoted. The SFC Civil Engineering asked for shs 2.7bn on the Works @KCCAUG had asked for shs 12 billion.
President @KagutaMuseveni directed that @GovUganda procures a road maintenance Equipment unit for every District in order for districts to regularly maintain district feeder roads. In just one year, districts could not repair the equipment and some have since been laid off. Due to the so much corruption hidden in Procurement, Local Governments prefer contractors than building and efficient and cost effective service delivery chain.
One wonders, why @MoWT_Uganda@KCCAUG after this long still rely on Foreign Contractors moreover on works designed by Ugandans.
Corruption in Procurement is another cancer that we need to address.
When Leaders find solace in finding solutions to their problems leaving others in chaos, the chaos eventually overruns everyone including the privileged who ought at the time of need to find solutions for all, but chose to find for themselves.
Currently, all Positions mentioned in the Order of Precedence, are positions of National Strategic Positions to find solutions for all citizens. Interesting but Disturbing at the same time, all the persons mentioned in Uganda’s Order of Precedence as we speak, have individual protection ranging from Security to Justice. They cannot be tried, they can steal, grab land and they are protected, enact, use the law to their advantage, they can violate all laws and all it requires is, I’m so and so.
Regrettably, as mentioned above, we are charged with the responsibility to service peace and security, development and continuity, Democracy and human rights.
The above, lack in most senses, if a Minister, a security chief, a CEO, ED, MD is running a secure system under which he serves since they are all positions are complementary, why is it that every Minister, General, Speaker, MD, CEO, ED are guarded by at least a section of either soldiers or Policemen? Isn’t it an exhibition that there is a broken chain or threat paused to all?
Instead of finding our own comfort, Let’s wake up to the challenge of fixing what is suspected to be for us yet threatens everyone.
What the leaders are trying to do of finding solace for themselves is a temporary fix, it will really break to the extent that all we can do is to regret.
It is disturbing that Leader’s homes are surrounded by razor wires, tall perimeter walls, Very fierce soldier, fierce dogs, security Camera’s, as if guarding a safe house yet it is someone supposed to interact with citizens.
When do you know what problems to solve if it’s not solving your own problems? When do you know which policies to amend if you create a strong wall between you and the would be informers?
Traffic rules are broadly violated in the face of school going children, how shall they learn responsibility if they see irresponsible leader who are supposed to lead by example leading by disgrace?
Do we even have the moral authority to call citizen non patriotic and that we are now drawing budgets to teach mindset change? We need to lock ourselves somewhere and pump sense in ourselves.
We are a disgrace.
To our countrymen in service, friends, colleagues at work, and family near and far; may the Lord grant you all the grace to cross over and have the best of 2024. I love you all and please take care, and be kind to everyone at all times. Happy New Year 2024🙏🏾
