While we promote taking the #TTC or bike did you know Lake Shore East Bound Goes down to one lane at Park Lawn? #Mimico #WickedTrafficJams

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

So it's OK if there are a tonne of expensive condos all in one place #nodiversitynecessary but lower income rentals heaven forbid! #Mimico

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Love that the rentals in #Mimico get blamed for being all in one place but there are 10 times the number of condos all at Park Lawn #biased

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

No answer on the infrastructure question.. but we really lack it in this area just ask Park Lawn condo owners #Mimico #ShorelineTowersCondo

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Another good question raised by our teenage commenter... infrastructure how can it support 25 stories? #Mimico #ShorelineTowersCondo

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Always a good question who deserves a view of the lake? Someone who has lived there for 20 odd years or new condo owners? #Mimico

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Concerns about construction right next to the rentals air quality issues noise issues no room for building #Mimico #ShorelineTowersCondo

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

@KenGreig no problem... many of us had same issue back when Mimico estates was up for "condofication" #totallystolethatword

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

We love to see kids and teens getting interested in their community #LinedUpToAskQuestions #Mimico #ShorelineTowersCondo

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

The thinking behind #ShorelineTowersCondo aparently is that the open tree covered parking lot is an eyesore but 25 story condo is not...

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

@JustLloydering I know we've been keeping tabs! Crossing our fingers for you! Your group's done a great job keeping on top of it

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Have to say this is one of the easiest community planning meetings we've been to in some time :)

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Important point they're not planning to merge this application with the current OMB zoning etc. mediation #Mimico #ShorelineTowersCondo

This is a potential drawing of the #ShorelineTowersCondo #Mimico apparently they are not proceeding with plan as is

[Ward 6 CAT @Ward6CAT]

Frankly the #ShorelineTowersCondo would be built on landfill can just see it toppling into the lake #Mimico
