Housing minister @Lee4NED has tabled amendments to exempt CLTs from leasehold enfranchisement - vitally protecting affordable CLT homes in perpetuity. A huge step for a campaign that the CLT Network has lobbied for since 2010! https://t.co/1zK3eECbdC

NPPF update ushers in landmark planning policies for community-led developments!
These offer CLTs a unique way to get planning permission, as well as growing council recognition of and support for CLTs, particularly with support accessing small sites: https://t.co/1zK3eECbdC

In 2023 11 CLTs completed 212 affordable homes and acquired 6.5 hectares of land for wildlife.
