On Friday, the Okla. Court of Appeals reversed a judge’s decision to overturn Tommy’s conviction. That means, for now, Tommy will remain wrongfully imprisoned. We’re determined to fight until Tommy is released.

Great news out of federal court. Karl Fontenot’s conviction has been vacated. He’s been out of custody but this is a huge win for Karl and we hope it has implications on Tommy’s case
